The product, an auto assembly line for blister and carton packing, is developed by the company independently to cater for the criteria and requirement of GMP, in order to avoids the cross contamination during packing process. It integrates the photoelectron, mechanics, electric and pneumatic, controlled by PLC, driven by servo motor which can automatically finish the blister packing of capsules, tablets, ampoule and vial, instruction manual folding and carton packing. It adopts photoelectric monitoring to coordinate the operation of each section. If any exception takes place, it can stop automatically and display the troubles so as to solve them in due time. With advanced inspection system, the line can detect and recognize the plate that lacks of packed matter and the carton that lacks of plate or instruction manual and the defect eliminating rate should be as high as 100%.
